THE PAST:
2004 brought a radio show every Saturday and Sunday night at Life radio, and a series of parties under the name "Elektro Soundz" with DJ and radio producer vibe. The sessions lasted a year, till she moved to UK due to a uni scholarship. London was the source she always expected to fill in her fly case, and so it did happen. New sounds, new vinyls and a further view on the dance scene gave her great feedback on the way back.

DJ-ING:
Started djing at the age of 18, played as a guest dj at one of the biggest and most upfront clubs in Athens (her home town) Bossa Nostra at a six senses party. Then back to Corfu she continued with frequent parties along with Andreas Acratos.

As soon as she got back some appearances took place along with DJ Rebus at Cafeina (Athens) and later on they formed the Fuzzy Logik DJ team throwing some really successful parties! Second dj team was formed by katiem and dj roni with more techno sound and frequent appearances at astron bar (Athens-psiri), and with dj ODC launched the sounds of the city monthly night as an after hours party at almodobar,gazi. In UK it seems she found one of the most inspiring friends and formed a third team LES RYTHMES MINIMALES along with DJ Fanny G promoting the minimal sound! Several appearances took place around Greece and winter 2005 found katie_m with another collaboration along with Zero:One (I<3Aki, Minimal London) & Bonzo creating a team called Minimal Athens, spreading the vibes of minimal music arround Athens in several venues!

MUSIC PRODUCTION & LABELS:
First collaboration with Nutown Project found its roof at the respected Berlin based Einmaleins musik label and more to come in the near future including remixes and net label contributions. K.atou changed her base during 2006 from Athens to London for a better seize of creativity, performs live as well.

RECENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS:
In the meantime she performs in different venues in Athens such as: Danza, Factory, Wunderbar, Cafeina, Vanilla, Lithos (Rhodes), as well as Synch festival on the red bull home groove stage.In 2006 the NY label Goosehound assigned her as "foreign diplomat". After a trip in US and CAN for music meditating, as she likes to claim, started working on production.
