I am a DJ, and I have been in the electronic music industry for a couple of years, I have been in tons of raves all around and seen the most known DJ's in the world. But from the day I heard James Zabiela the way I looked at dance music was totally different. This guy is not a DJ, he is an artist. And if they make the mistake to cathegorize him as a DJ then I think he should be ranked # 1. No one in the world that I know of can do what this kid does on the decks doing live performances.  I bow my head to him as Sasha did when he heard of him. Since I heard Zabiela the way I mix music has changed significantly. His music either insipires upcoming DJ's or makes them throw the towel and feel worthless.

look at this poor boy  all he knows about electronic music is live sets. Dude, there are other things too, you know, so stop bugging us about live sets cause you aint gonna post it on the site at your request or anyone else. What you see is what you get.

I dont know wether Beatfactor.net can do this or not, and is totally OK if they don't. But I have a request. I would like to know if when you guys interview James Zabiela, if you could ask him a question for me. I tried reaching him at his website, but this kid is not easy to reach.
However, my question is a technical one. it is:
James, I know you use the Pioneer EFX-500. Can you give me the reason why do you choose that particular effector instead of others such as the Kaoss Pad 2, or others. Is it because you use other Pioneer brand equipment? or because you got proficient at using the EFX 500 and are used to it? or you are actually trying out new products in the market constantly?
