BIOGRAPHY:

Paul's parties have graced dance floors over the globe, and his Chew the Fat! nights have now been running longer than anyone cares to remember. Running every last Friday of the month, Chew the Fat! in Brixton’s The Bug Bar became the breakbeat stable of the capital, exposing some of the newest artists and DJs who have since become main players on the scene. With all the new music being brought down to the night, Paul decided to launch Fat! Records and put the Underground Sound of Brixton Breakbeat on wax.

With the label aiming to showcase the diverse nature of the nights, along with the quality cutting edge breakbeat Chew The Fat! regulars had come to expect, the Fat! Records roster includes some of the most original breakbeat talents around. From the top ten best DJ of Breakspoll 2005, Friendly to the new dub and breaks from Fat regular Tayo, the Fat! artists are at the top of their game and their truly unique productions continue to receive ever increasing support.

With Chew the Fat! now running a monthly residency in the main room of the legendary London club The End and with new nights appearing all around the country and indeed worldwide in clubs from Spain to Russia, Chew the Fat continues to spread its overly plump wings round a developing international scene. Fat! Records releases are being exposed in clubs and over the airwaves globally making sure 'The Underground Sound of Brixton Breakbeat' is available for everyone.
