Alex Smoke Is Setting His Own Record Label

Alex Smoke is unique talent to emerge from the Glasgow music scene. This young producer is pushing the boundaries of electronic music with his innovative style of fusing deep european minimalism with emotional strings and intellegent electro rhythms. He will be launching his own label by the spring of next year.
As Alex affirms, the new record label will be launched at the beginning of next year. After releasing many memorable productions on Glasgow based record label Soma Quality Recordings, Smoke announce that is looking for a bit of new talent, in order to release on his own label.
"I'm taking the commercially suicidal route of starting up my own label in the new year so I'm putting together plans for that.” - Fabric London
Alex Smoke announces that "the direction of the label will NOT be minimal house", so he is more "interested in individual takes on dancefloor genres. Ie good interesting dance music regardless of genre, with a nod to weirdness."
