The Australia based EQ Grey label comes with a mellow and optimistic vinyl from the Greek producer Kosmas Epsilon, a disc with much melody, much warmth and opening, the two tracks creating a cheer to the one who listens and infusing him a feeling of optimism. “Feed Me Acid/Shame?” is a mind trip into a pleasant universe of harmony, of silence and relaxation, a hedonist and electric universe.
“Feed Me Acid” from the A side develops a nice breaks combined with an epic progressive, adding up a pleasant, calm and sweet melody and installing a sensation of comfort and spiritual peacefulness. The electro strings take the track to some high and relaxing synths, soft and villous. After the long and electro breakdown, the monotony starts to seize upon the track, creating a frowning part, poor and closed.
“Shame?” comes with a relaxing and drowsy percussion, bringing a nice vocal, but however ordinary. The energetic parts of the track are frequently subdued by a tender melody, but too melancholic, installing upon the listeners’ souls a feeling of reverie, of drowsiness and optimism. Characterized by a wonderful melodic rhythm and a bit pathetic, “Shame?” introduces you into a new, unique and lush universe.
A little bit from all – a perfect recipe which you can succeed with in producing a good disc. I let you to decide if this release is a good disc, a disc that deserves our attention and our time.
