Jim Rivers is always delivering fresh tech music, and the proof is Saw’s release named ‘Restore EP. Jim didn’t stop and he made a new two track EP for EQ Grey. ‘Square One’ and ‘Route One’ defy categorisation, drawing creative elements from a variety of styles to create stunning end products. Route One completes a deep and organic pattern of techy beats and bizarre synths. The track is simple but the rhythm touches everything. From the subtle and repetitive bass line, the producer builds up an organized melodic line which simply makes you feel the energy and euphoria.
The second track is Square One, a hypnotic tech-house machine which doesn’t stop from the beginning till the end. The tune constantly builds a dynamic atmosphere, and the breakdown from the half of it arrows upon a techy late night session.
This cool new package is available on EQ Grey and has already gained support from the scene. One of the best EPs from Jim lately, ‘Square Route EP’ will definitely be hooked up by many big names and may be one of the buzzes of this autumn.
